"Coach A"
Founder & Chief Coaching Officer
His experience spans publicly traded companies, franchise organizations, independent clubs, private equity-backed businesses, medical fitness centers, luxury and HVLP brands, and consulting engagements across domestic and international markets. Along the way, Frank has served as an owner, executive, operator, coach, and trusted advisor—giving him a perspective shaped not only by strategy, but by responsibility for the people, numbers, and outcomes that come with running a business.
Today, he works alongside owners and executives to identify what matters most, solve what is getting in the way, and turn good ideas into practical, measurable action. His approach combines operating experience, accountability, coaching and an unwavering belief that how results are achieved matters just as much as the results themselves.
Frank earned his B.S. in Kinesiology from Penn State University and his M.S. in Health and Fitness Management from American University. His industry service has included work with the American College of Sports Medicine, the Health & Fitness Association and numerous professional organizations and executive groups.
Outside of work, Frank and his wife, Judy, live in Greenville, South Carolina. He and his wife remain enthusiastic Penn Staters, fanatical New York sports fans, believers in their FAITH, and proud parents to Kyle, Tiffany, and granddaughter Lilly May. A lifelong student of leadership, a mentor, storyteller, and a believer that the best leaders never stop learning—or caring about the people they lead.
